About Mutasam

Mr. Mutasam is an experienced academic and researcher with a strong background in business and management studies. He holds an MPhil in Human Resource Management from Iqra University Karachi (2021), a BBA in Marketing from UMT Lahore (2016), and recently completed E-Commerce Training at Shandong Institute of Commerce & Technology, China (2024). His research focuses on leadership, innovation, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in modern HRM practices. Mr. Mutasam has published several papers in reputed journals and continues to contribute to advancing knowledge in business and management education.
